    Bij Onsite Support geldt dat als een probleem niet op afstand kan worden opgelost, een technicus het apparaat op jouw locatie repareert, zonder dat apparaten heen en weer moeten worden verzonden. Als reparaties niet ter plaatse kunnen worden uitgevoerd, stuurt Lenovo het apparaat naar een lokaal servicecentrum voor reparatie of vervanging, waarna het naar je wordt teruggezonden.

    Onderdelen en arbeid
    Lenovo dekt de kosten van vervangende onderdelen en arbeidsloon.

    Basisondersteuning per telefoon
    Technici kunnen op afstand een diagnose stellen van hardwareproblemen en veelvoorkomende basisproblemen die zich tijdens de garantieperiode voordoen. Softwareondersteuning wordt niet gedekt.

    Reparaties op jouw locatie
    Lenovo-service op locatie betekent dat je je pc nooit hoeft weg te brengen of te verzenden. Lenovo-technici komen naar je toe. Snellere reparatie betekent dat je sneller weer aan het werk kunt!
