What are the delivery conditions?
Order by 4 p.m. on weekdays, and if the items are in stock, you can expect delivery the next day. Please remember we don't ship on weekends. Any orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
What are the payment terms?
Customers have the option to pay in advance or choose to pay on account with terms of 14, 30, or 60 days, based on the agreed conditions.
What if I want to order an item that's currently out of stock?
Should an item be out of stock at the time of your order, we'll promptly notify you. We'll keep you updated regarding the expected delivery timeline. In certain situations, we might suggest an alternative product that aligns with your requirements.
